I'm about to start the Cohens diet, soooo any suggestions on what my "final meal" should be??

Thank you :) I have at least 30kgs to lose so here's hoping I can do it fairly quickly... I've heard all good things about this diet- I'm so excited!!

What does Cohen diet involve? I think you should have whatever your fave dinner is with a glass of wine and some delish chocolate!

It's determined by your blood tests as to what and how much you can eat but is basically very small portions of whole foods- veggies and meat or cheese or eggs. It's got a great success rate as it's more of a lifestyle change than anything else. My sil just lost 20kgs in 5 months and looks freaking great!! I die of jealousy everytime I see her so I've decided to bite the bullet and do it as well.
