Does anyone know if you can use a heat pack on your stomach? I am TTC and may be pg as I have symptoms especially cramping low down in my stomach. Is it only harmful using a heat pack if you are further along? Advise would be appreciated as I would like a bit of relief.

OMG I had no idea using heat packs wasnt advised........?
My stomach was so painful last night I had my hot water bottle on it.....
Yip as long as its not boiling hot against the skin. Heat is fine as long as your body temp doesn't increase as it would in a hot bath or on an electric blanket for instance.
