Do you really have to wait 3 hours after you eat or drink anything? I have diabeties and I eat or drink at least every 2 hours so my only chance is first thing in the morning before breakfast and I forgot today..... :(

I would give it at least 1 hour though. And in that hour just drink water;)

I'm pretty sure the Maybe Baby instructions say you need to wait 2 or 3 hours. I personally would follow them if you want to be confident with the results.

missing one morning wont make any difference, once you start doing it when you get up it will become routine. Try putting the Maybe Baby ontop of your alarm clock to remind you :thumbsup:

HA!! My alarm clock is my one year old son!!! :laughing: Hence, why I sometimes forget!

It would work for me too not straight after eating but after an hour as I said!;)
