Have just heard about special support pants that look like bike pants to be worn during pregnancy to help with pelvic instability, apparently it was on the New Inventers show on ABC.
Has anyone used these and did it help? I had pelvic instability with my last preganacy and TTC now, wondering if anyone can share any information about this product? Thanks:)

They're just very expensive bike pants. My sister had a pair and they were uncomfortable. They kept riding up her crotch and rolling down. The chunky elastic dug in. And she found them hot and too long. Save your $190 and get some physio.

I have pubic symphisis and I have it bad. There are days when I cannot move.
I bought a pair of Triumph pregnancy briefs for $17. They gently hold my bump in and stop underneath the bra line but aren't hot to wear and I have found that they really alleviate discomfort when I need to be out and about (like attending the drs etc).
Just thought that might help.

They sound awesome! I have it extremely bad. After DD I couldn't walk or get out of be for 3 months and I'm still I'm agony daily. I use a belt I got from the physio.

I got the SRC shorts (my physio recommended them), and they were awesome. I found them comfortable and held me in!
