hi I want to start expressing a bit of milk and trying to get my nearly 12 week old DD to sometimes use the bottle...only so her dad can feed her occasionally and if I sick or need to be away from her she doesnt starve...I expressed for 1st 3 weeks due to attahcemnt probs and hated!! only cos my breasts felt like rock melons all the time...but wondered when is the best time to express to reduce the likelihood of generating too much milk. And any advice to getting a very reluctant baby to use bottle or soft spout cup greatly appreciated...we had to finger feed before and I not going back down that route!
