Well if you have a normal 28 day cycle it will most likely be somewhere around days 13 - 15 so keep an eye on your dates.
One common sign is the cervical mucus (CM) which becomes clear and like the consistency of an egg white. When you see this, you will normally ovulate within 24 hours. Some women experience a slight cramping in the ovaries. I would also get a headache from the hormone changes.
If you don't have any of these symptoms then there are tests you do to check your fertile times. I expect the other girls will be able to give you more info on those as I never needed them.
Good luck TTC'ing :fingerscrossed:

You can use opk's(ovulation predictor kit). They are easy to use just pee on a stick like a pregnancy test, when it shows positive you will ovulate 24 to 36 hours later. Fertile mucus is the cheapest way, when it is clear and stretchy like egg whites this is the most fertile period. Fertile mucus appears a few days before O and can last a few days after O. Or you can use the charting method. This involves taking temps. each morning and recording other fertility signs each month to pinpoint O. www.fertilityfriend.com is a good site if you are interested in doing this. Not everyone has a 28 day cycle, so it is important to atleast write yours down so you will see how long they are and if they vary friom time to time. For everyday your cycle passes 28 days you should add a day to your O date.

many people have different signs and you may not really know until you go through it a couple of times.

For some people OPKs dont work or they might not get noticible EW CM or a pre warning of a dip in your BBT. Some get ovulation pains (like me) which kind of feel like a stitch down low over your ovaries (near your pelvis bone). Maybe Baby also doesnt work for some, but all these things may still work for many, just dont rely on any one sign 100%!

I guess thats why its just best to BD every 2 days around suspected O time. If you track your BBT in most cases (again not 100% though) you should see a thermal shift after ovulation which can confirm it for you.
