I was wondering if anyone had had this same problem. I ordered and paid for a breastfeeding Zoopillow from the Zoopillow stand at the recent Perth PB&C expo and was told that it would be delivered free of charge to my house within 2 weeks. I still hadn't heard from them, so I rang the local mobile contact No they gave me. It rings out to message bank and then says the mobile can't take any further messages (presumably full) and when I rang the Qld number for the distributors they say the number no longer exists?! I have tried to email them through their website but again get no reply and when I tried to look up their distributor address on the online whitepages it is not listed.
These guys distribute to baby stores around Australia as far as I knew so they seemed pretty reputable and I've seen previous postings around the traps referring to people who've used them and been happy with them. Has anyone had this happen to them with this company?? Thanks!
