Hi Ladies,
My name is Clare and I am a Health Promotion Officer at Gosnells Women's Health Service. We are a not-for-profit community organisation. We aim to promote the health and well being of all women regardless of age, religion, race or lifestyle with confidential and affordable services in a holistic environment.
Gosnells Women's Health provides a number of fantastic services for people living in the South East Metro area that I wanted to let you all know about such as groups and classes, counselling, a women's health library, womens medical clinic, information and lots more.
I look after some of the classes and groups that are run at Gosnells Women's Health many of which are aimed at Mum's and Children. Most of the workshops, groups and information sessions are free, free for members (only $10 a year!)or very affordable which is great!
I will be putting some of the workshops and groups that we are running in the calender so those that are interested can come along to them.
This term we have a number of great things happening including:
Babies to Babes Exercise Classes, FOOD/cents Healthy Eating and Budgeting, Teddy Bears Picnic, School Holiday Cooking Classes for kids, Toddler Cooking Classes, Health Infomation Sessions and lots more.
Check out our newsletter for more info on each session and come and join us.

We are relaunching our Womens Walk and Talk group very soon so I will let you know the details of that soon as well.
If you have any ideas for groups that you would like us to put on or information you would like us to cover let me know and I will see what I can do :)
I would love to keep you updated on this forum.
Thanks
Clare
