hey there any young mums have two children close to the same age???

hey there im all new to this forum but looking for a bit of reassurence lol. Im 21 and have a 8 month old son and im also 11 weeks pregnant with my seccond just wondering if there was anyone else in the same boat?.:laughing:

Hi i am 23 and have 3 boys, my first is 5 years old. i had a big gap between him and the second who is 2 but only 18 months is between him and my baby who is 9 months old.
It may seem hard at the start to have 2 close together but as the baby starts to grow it does get lots easier.

Hi and welcome. When my DH and I were 21, we had a 15.5mth old and a newborn. Hard work, but once you get into a routine of who gets fed first etc, it's easy. If you can get them to nap at the same time, it's a bonus!!

hi i am 20 and my DP is 21 and we have a 16.5month old son and our #2 bub is due in 30 days so we will have a 17.5month gap :laughing:
sometimes i wonder what made DP get clucky and talk me into having another bub, ussually thats when our little terror thinks 5am is breakky time and lunchtime is sleep time lol

hello all.. i am 28 and hubby is 23 we have two bubs that are 13 months apart or as the hospital pointed out when we had our son they are 1 year 1 month 1 week and 1 hour apart..

my son is 3 months tomorrow and would have another one now if i didnt hate being pregnant.. i love my kids and have to say i get more done with the two kids then i did when it was just me and my daughter..

:wave: Im 25, DD will be 7 in feb, and ds1 is 3 in Jan, and ds2 will be 2 in may.. the boys are 16months apart.. it can be a bit freaky having them close.. but once you establish routine.. everything pretty much falls into place.. :D

My DD's are 12months and 10hrs apart. It wasnt supposed to happen that way but didnt have a choice :laughing:
It was hard in the beginning but now that they are almost 4 & 3 it is good cause they get along really well and my oldest looks after her sister. They do everything together and next year will be going to the same kinder together, so i think that it can be good to have to close together.
I think they only thing that isnt working at the moment is they are finding it hard to share a room together. :laughing:

yep! thats what happend with me... my daughters are 16months apart.. i got pg when emily was 7months old!( i think?? its been a while!:o) well, anyhow, it was hard at first, but its great cause they are the best of buddies and play really well together (most of the time!:rolleyes:) its great!

The boys are 12.5 months apart (tho the eldest is my stepson but he lives with us Sun - thurs until next year when its more as he starts school) and there is exactly 12 months between our daughters who are 17 months and 5 months old.

Took a few months to settle in with the 4 so close but now its brilliant, cant wait for one more bubba! :D

i havent replied to this thread.

the gap between DS and this new baby will be pretty close, although not as close as some. DS is 11 months (will be 1 on the 21st dec 2006). i am 12. weeks
pregnant so by the time this baby is born the age gap between the two will be approx 18 months.
