Hi everyone:wave:

Just wondering what brand cot everyone has and what you find good about it? I had a second hand one for both my kids.
There are sooo many to choose from!

Our Gro Years is a very solid cot, thank goodness because DS1 didn't treat it gently, and I am thinking DS2 will be the same. The only thing was we lost the bolts in the move, so we contact Gro years and had to pay $26 for the bolts and postage...next time I will stick them to the cot!!

We're very lucky we had a meat safe cot in Angus's family.
Angus fixed it up and replaced all the screens. It's perfect as our screens are quiet dodgey. We can wheel it around during Summer if we want it outside. It's roomy so don't feel like we're locking Hugh in a jail cell.

here's a pic with the lid down

I have the Kingparrot Miluk cot (Kingparrot is actually made by Boori, but I selected Kingparrot in the poll!)

This cot is excellent! I would highly recommend it!

It is a fantastically safe cot that exceeds the current Australian safety requirements and looks fantastic! It has 3 coloured balls on each end that your older bub can entertain themselves with.

DD loves it!!

We have bought a white one that's made by Melbourne Baby Furniture. We liked it because it has a solid head and foot and is quite chunky. It also converts to a junior bed and a day settee. We also liked the fact that it has 2 buttons to release the sides which makes it harder for a toddler to open.

We have a white Boori cot with the three balls on the ends.

We picked it because we wanted white, and it matched the other furniture.

Dont have any complaints at all!

I'm not sure what brand our cot is, my MIL gave it to us. If were to have another child though, i'm going to try and convince DF in letting me buy a Boori cot

kazza - I love your cot, very cool

i'm a single mum, so i used a large chunk of the maternity payment to buy the boori forever cot. that way i know, no matter if i'm broke for the rest of my life, at least my boy will always have a decent bed. and the bonus is, it's a really big cot, which is great considering DS is so very tall. easy to assemble too. one person and they include all the necessary tools. they will even come out and do it for you free of charge if you're having problems. with a lifetime warranty on top, i just couldn't go wrong. so far the best decision i've made.

Yes please if its not a huge hassle!:D I would like number three in a while and want a new cot and seeing them actually being used is so much better than the posed ones the companies have! and I like seeing the different stains etc. What stain did you get(sorry for the 20 questions):o

I got a Convert-a-cot from Bunkers and love it! It is a cot with a change table - then a junior bed - then a single bed. It is really well made and you can add a trundle or turn it into a bunk bed at a later stage.
