Bit of a dilema!

Hi girls, I need your advice!


I am TTC#2 and on 6 dpo I went to the toilet and when I wiped myself I had a tiny ball of pink blood and I had the same again that afternoon.

So I was all excited thinking it was implatation bleeding as I never get spotting mid cycle.


But I am also suffering from a urinary infection at the moment and I read on the net that this can also cause blood in the urine.

So now I don't know which one it is??

Has anyone else had an urinery infection and had bleeding from it? If so, what did it look like? Was it in the toilet with the urine or did you see it when you wiped yourself?

Sorry about all the questions...it has just got me wondering.

Another thing...do you think I need to see the GP about the infection? I am taking urale (sp?) at the moment.

I can't offer any advice other than to say that I think you should go to your Dr to get things checked out either way.

You can get a bit of bleeding from a UTI... For me, it was a very light pink and not very much...

I would see a doctor if you have an infection, antibiotics will clear it up really quickly and if you think you might be pregnant ( :fingerscrossed: ), let the doctor know but I am sure the antibiotics is ok while pregnant...

I suffered with UTIs before I got pregnant (for about 6 months) and they are horrible...
