DD has had dreadful nappy rash the last few days. We've tried lots of things to clear it, including creams, nappy-free time and silk liners (she's in cloth). This morning the redness was mostly gone, but the rashy area was covered in flaky, dry skin that rubbed off when I wiped her. It's been there most of the day, but the redness hasn't really come back. Is this a sign the rash is healing, or is it getting worse?
