post menstrual syndrome?

does any one else have this?? mine started 3 months ago now everytime i finish my period i get moody, anxious depressed sore boobs, things i should be getting before?? what causes it?


i gave birth 6 months ago and i never had this before!

I didn't realise it had an official name lol, but yes, I get noticably moodier/anxious AFTER my period each month. It has only happened since the birth of my second daughter for me.
