I have a question Im 11DPO and my boobs are sore and i have just started spotting but only when i wipe after going to the toliet and its very faint at that.

I was just wondering whether you get implantation bleeding and when abouts that is because AF isn due until the end of week

well i think that implantation can happen from 7-12days post ovulation so it sounds as if it is very possiable for you

So you do get implant bleeding. I have also been having stomach cramps

yes you can sorry i wasnt that clear i just read on the ff site that it can be light spotting . It also said about cramps that some people have had them if you want the link i can get it to you

Have you done a search on it ? Just an idea as there are places who will have more info than me:wave:

well no luck this month CD1 again :thumbsdown:

This month we have decided we are going to start a fresh and go to the doctors and chart and do it properly.

Just a question how do you know if you are oing or not

You know when you are o'ing as your temp will drop followed by a rise in temp and it stays that was for at least 10days i think if you chart with fertility friend it tells you with a red line when you have o'd but with temps it only tells you after it happens your temp has to stay elevated for at least 3 days.

Otherwise you can record your cm and when you have ewcm you are coming close to o'ing otherwise there is OPK which tell you before by 12 - 36 hours

You can buy a pack from the chemist that has OPK's in it and a HPT. You can also buy packs of OPK's off Ebay pretty cheap.
