Good monring everyone.
I REALLY need some advice here. :(
I have been seperated from DD1's father for almost 4 years.
We had a physical and emotional abusive relationship. DD1 was 2 1/2 when i left him. She saw things I wish she never had.
Only a couple of months later I found my 'HIM' and he is wonderful, even when I have my meltdowns from battling depression, he is just wonderful.
In the 4 years DD1's father and I have been seperated, he has been with at least 6 different girls (yes i mean girls, as they are all quite young... under 23) and has intorduced DD1 to ALL of them. His latest partner he has been with for probably over 12 months i think. But going to stories I get from DD1, they have a phsycal and emotionally abusive relationship also. And MY DD1 is ALWAYS witness to this. I have had so many stories from her about what goes on there... and this poor child is 6 1/2. Her and her father have been left at a servo as the GF drove off on them, and they had to call his father to get them. They are on again, off again. Engaged, not engaged, split up.
DD1's father even once rang DD1 up to tell her that he and his GF are not together anymore as she has a sore head (i think he meant like she was depressed of something) and then the next weekend DD1 went to her fathers, they were back together.
Its just never ending.... and im at my wits end.
How do i protect my child for witnessing continuous conflict, and unstability?????
What sort of legal rights do I have as a mother to protect her from this? If any?
Do i speak to a solicitor????
Please.... if you could help me, that would be so great..... I am just so worried about her.
Also, she is repeating Prep this year, as she is emotionally immature, and possibly have ADHD (please dont criticise the ADHD)

HELP!?!
