So DH has been getting only 2 shifts a week and things are financially tight in our house.

Yesterday DS was teething something horrid and has a bit of a cold on top of that, so I decided I had to bite the bullet and just buy him some Nurofen, I got him some formula too and the lady swiped my Amcal card, it had $36 on it, so I didn't have to pay a cent! :hyper:

They stock DSs formula cheaper than the supermarket, so I usually try to purchase from there and they swipe my card every time. I guess two tins a week adds up quickly!

Yep thats where i got DS's formula from as it was the cheapest, but i didnt find out about the card till DS was pretty much off formula

Oh that bites.

Our staff here are amazing. Mum went in to get some supplements for me after DS was born and told them about her grandson etc... the girl said to sign me up for the card as I'd probably be using them a lot.

They always remember us and insist on weighing DS (he's a massive baby).

Well they should be nice. I do spend at least $50 a week there. :laughing:
