I am only feeding her fruit, vege and meat at this stage
Chanel suffers from Eczema. When is it safe to introduce wheat products ie. bread?

Dear Chanelc,

I’m afraid this is a question for your paediatrician or a paediatric allergist. While eczema can be related to wheat intolerances, it can also be a sign of other food intolerances, such as lactose.

It would be a good idea to discuss your daughter’s potential food allergies or intolerances with a doctor and determine the risk factors for introducing new foods.

At 9 months of age, continue to vary the textures of the foods she is currently eating while you investigate the most suitable way to expand your daughter’s diet.
