My leg of pork has been on for 3 and a half hours now and is so almost done. The juices are just a bit red still from the middle...and have been for about half an hour now...

How can I make it finish cooking??? It's almost 8:30 and everyone's staving lol.

Any tips for making time go faster?

DH just said to cut it and serve it the juices should flow out of it! How big was it?? Must have been huge....he also said its a bloke thing (lol) that only blokes can cook a roast
