This morning I was mamking pancakes for me and DP. I threw 1 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa in the mix plus some more sugar and a handful of coconut into the batter (I am not precise when cooking :D ).

It was so yum. A golden rough pancake! I dusted them with icing sugar to serve.

I put cocoa in my pancakes too. Yum yum yum! Think I will try some coconut next time too. Great idea!

My Mum has always made us pancakes with Cocoa in them, served with chocolate ice cream and whipped cream - Yummo!

Have never tried it with coconut though - sounds very yummy.:chef: :D

I just had to revive this thread because it inspired me to try somthing similar- after making a batch using Cocoa and a little extra sugar, my next batch this week contained MILO instead and it was SO GOOD!! It didn't need extra sugar cos it's already pretty sweet and was so nice and chocolatey with a flavour DS already loves! YUM!!!
