Newborn pimples

Help! My little 6 week old has pimples (not the white ones, they're red) all over her face and I've just noticed that they are starting to appear on her neck and chest as well! They don't seem to bother her though?? Did this happen to anyone else? Any ideas what I can do?

My DD had this it was a hormone rash lots of newborns get it, but if you're really concerned ask your GP :)

My baby has these. They are normal, as far as I know. He's six weeks old tomorrow.

My little man had the same thing.
Apparently the 6 week mark is when they peak, they should get better from here on.
I was told very wisely not to plan having photography session for the 6 week mark!:D

Thanks Kazza, I didn't know that about them peaking now either! Thank goodness - little pizza face won't be that way for much longer then.

Oh one more thing!
My DD actually still gets this rash every now and again and she's 5 months now, and I heard it's from the hormones in breastmilk so there ya go!
