Hi i went on a hunt this morning to find Vitex, and i got a bottle By Greenridge its 50ml Liquid has anyone used this brand, and does anyone know what the diff is from brand to brand, i forgot to ask when should i start taken it, i just had AF 1st sep so should i start on monday or wait till my next AF (witch could be anywhere from 32+days..) Hi :wave: from what I have heard - the Greenridge liquid is supposed to be very good. I tried vitex in tab form - but it just seemed to make my cycle longer. I really hope it works for you :thumbsup:

I have the Greenridge liquid Vitex. On the bottle it says to take 2ml each morning, so thats what I do.

Haven't been taking it long enough to say whether it is making any difference though! :)

I've started taking the greenridge brand also...though the 100ml's

Everything I've read has recommended the liquid extract over the capsule's...as it works immediately.

Also, for a 3 mth trial there was a success rate of 56.7% and not everyone lasted the 3 mths :thumbsup:

I used the blackmores vitex tablets, they worked a treat evening out my cycle lengths! :)
