Where can I buy PUL?

I've seen a thread similar in here but couldnt find it....so where can you buy it? I remembered hearing that Spotlight don't sell it. Has anyone bought any from anywhere including the internet? I mean these WAHM's must buy their PUL from somewhere??? I googled and didnt come up with mum so if you have the 'inside' word it would be greatly appreciated!
