hey everyone,
i was just wondering if anyone knew of foods that might help my 3 yr olds runny bottom (sorry it's a bit early for tmi) ?
i'm not overly worried (yet) as he's not going to the toilet much more than he normally would and is still eating/drinking as usual, it's just that it's now day 4 of runny poos :(

Bananas, Rice, Apple and Toast.
Think "BRAT"

Hope he feels better soon.

I agree with the previous poster. Also you may want to avoid dairy products & tomatoes for a few days as they can make it worse.

Yeah I agree with the PP. When you give him the rice, also give him some of the water you have cooked the rice in. So you could serve it as a kind of soup? The water where the rice boiled in is also meant to be really good for runny poos.
