Hi I'm knew to this site and was wondering if someone who is a bit more knowledgable than me look at my chart to tell me what they think.
I don't seem to have a definite thermal shift.
I did have an OPK + this month - it wasn't darker than the control line but was as dark as I have ever had it (just fractionally lighter than the control line).
Fertility Friend has given me an ovulation point that disagrees with my OPK.
My temperatures have been very up and down all month, I did have flu earlier in the month so this could explain the higher than normal early month temps. But this morning for example it was down again from yesterday. I take them at the same time every morning with the same routine (woken at 6.30am by dd, normally go to the toilet, bring her into bed with me and take my temperature immediately). I know its not the best to get up before taking them, but normally I have still had a clear thermal shift.
Any advice anyone?
