An online children’s nightwear supplier was recently convicted and fined by the Federal Court for failing to comply with the mandatory standard for children’s nightwear.
The supplier had been selling infant nightwear that did not have a fire hazard information label, potentially increasing the risk of fire hazards to children wearing them.
