teeth question

DD is 14 months and got 4 teeth along the top front, plus her bottom and top molars, but along the front at the bottom, she only has the 2 front teeth. She not showing any signs of getting the ones next to these any time soon. I thought these ones came after the 2 front ones. Am I wrong or should I be worried?

I think teeth come when they want to.

Its called cross teething. My DD's teeth did this too. Actually, none of her's came through in the order that they are supposed to.

Cross cutting. All mine have done it, can be painful but normal.
