I'm 12 weeks and gender was pretty clear to me ... Your thoughts?

Had scan today and the midwife and I definately saw something between baby's legs. She said wait till 3d scan next week the dr doing it has been pretty good with guessing.
But seriously it looked pretty clear to me could it be wrong? Did you see it at 12 wks?
I need to get a life I know haha uni starts in 3 weeks whoo hoo :):)
P.S it's a boy..!!

Oh and baby was on great position to see it. It was long? Could it be umbilical cord lol?

The sonographers would never even let us look down there at our 12 week scans :(

My ob said before 19 weeks there is a much higher chance of them being wrong. He seemed to think it was very hard to tell that early

Really oopsie? She didn't mind she asked if I minded knowing the sex and I said thought it was too early and she just said have a look at this... Oh do you mean next weeks scan ??

Mine too! I found out with dd (5) at 15 weeks but this time no one will tell me anything!!! I'll get the date for 20week scan on Monday!! Can't wait!! Did u get a piccy loco? Let us have a peek??

Well this was my midwife today peeking at bubs private spot but the sono next week might say no?
The midwife said they can have a good guess next week.

At this stage both girls and boys look the same down there. U need to go off the nub theory. If u google it u will see what it is.
Some u/s techs can guess at this stage but it's not by looking in-between the legs like u would at 19wks.
Seriously google it or go on in-gender it's really cool. I only just found all this out with this bub now and I'm obsessed :D

I was under the impression at 12 weeks you can't really see. It is a nub the genitalia hasn't formed yet. My sonographer refused to even look at my 12 week scan

LoCo - Have u seen the at home poas test u can do that show gender ? I only heard of them last week , apparently they can tell u from 8 weeks along the gender !!

Hey bubbyboy yea ive herad of those but they are $80 apparantly and not 100% my GF did 3 and they were wrong :no:
