I know there's already a "de-brief" thread here but thought I'd make a newer one specifically for anyone feeling down, upset, traumatised, sad etc about what's happened in the last week.
Just let it out here if you need to. I just composed a very long blog entry that honestly helped get a lot of stuff off my chest and even though I'm still quite sad and very teary (especially now that the death toll has again risen to 20), I do feel a little better having let it out.
So, are you OK? :hugs: to anyone who's not.
