Today I got my first lot of subjects to do. I signed up to do a course through thomson education direct. Its a teacher's aide course. I figure it will not only help with bubs but also later on. PLus I can pay it off each month. Im so excited to be doing something new. Hope I dont flunk it!

i recently started a thompsons education course too. but im doing childcare cert 3.

looking at the box of stuff when it first arrives is a bit scarry cause you dont know where to start but once you get going its great !.

i love how we can just do it at our own pace and take our time... it is a challenge to find some un-interupted time to actually study...

good luck ! hope u do great !

Its been going slowly as the little miss has been taking up pretty much most of my time when Im not out at hubber meetings. But so far I have managed to get 3 assignments done and get an A on all of them. Just in time for another package of course books to arrive!

Thats great Krisseh. If you dont mind me asking, how much is the course costing? It might come in handy with my intending on homeschooling MJ.

Thats actually the reason I started on the course. My friend in Qld who intends to homeschool showed me and I thought it looked good to help with Matilda and possibly job later on so we both signed up together.

I pay $64 a month ( I think) and it gets direct debited over 18 mths I think.
