Cloth advice needed please

Hi, I am considering using cloth for baby number 3 due in Feb/march and was wanting some advice on what's available in Australia and what everyone recommends.
A lot of my friends have used cloth but in the UK and imagine you can't get the same nappies here necessarily.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
