Blackmores Raspberry Leaf Tablets

Just wondering if anyone knew if Blackmores RL tablets had been discontinued???

I am having real trouble finding them in my local chemists and online, and the lady at one of my local chemists looked on her Blackmores order form and they weren't even on it anymore :freakingout:

I have a small amount left from my last pregnancy, but given the dosage can be up to 15 tablets a day, I doubt they are going to last long :no:

I really want to get some more as for me I sweeeeaaaarrrr by them. :bowdown:

Just wondering if anyone knew, like someone who works in a chemist etc???

It sounds like they are getting discontinued...a couple of online chemists have stated 'discontinued stock'. You know there are other brands out there, right? I hated the Blackmores brand, they were awful! Powdery and gross to swallow and the dosage was so high. I bought a different brand which were capsules, and I only had to take two a day from memory.

I have HerbsofGold Brand from the health food store. You only have to take 2 a day. So much better.

its no wonder they are getting discountinued when you have to take half a bottle a day :laughing:.

there are other brands out there, Herbs of Gold is the one I used and I think I only had to take two a day...or one. hmmm. its worth looking into other brands :yes:

Natures Own Raspberry Leaf Tablets are a higher dose so you take fewer a day (4-6) and the bottle lasts longer.

Thanks guys! I didn't realise there were other brands :o so will have a squizz at the local health food shop.

Yes I agree the dosage got a bit out of control, it only used to be 2-3 tablets a day, not 10+ :eek:

I couldn't handle taking 15 pills a day so I take Natures Own too, but if you really want the Blackmores ones I have most of my bottle left - PM me and I'll mail it to you!

Check the health food stores for cheaper brands. I know there is one that only requires one or two tablets a day.
