Spinach dip???

Help. I have my ante natal reunion tonight and wanted to make this dip thing. it has spinach in it and you serve it warm in a hollowed out cob loaf. can anyone help me with recipe? thanks.

the one i know is a packet of frozen spinach thawed, sour cream tub, and a packet of french onion soup mix. mix together. you can heat it up in oven or leave it like that.

Yum! Yum! Yum! This one is my SIL's specialty and I nabbed the recipe from her a few years back.

Just grab a packet of frozen spinach (not sure of the pack weight required, but I think they're all pretty much the same, if not just put in however much you want!), a couple of cartons of sour cream, some spring onion dried soup mix. Mix it all together & put it into the hollowed out centre of your cob loaf. If you can, either save as much of the centre as you can to cut up for dipping, or as my SIL does, just buy a 2nd loaf & cut that up for dipping.

It is so yummy
