1st time Mum is my Son teething or not ?

Hello, my son Koopah is 8 months old wil be 9 months on the 22nd
and has been teething since 3 months but still nothin comeing throo
he
drools alot
rubs his ears lots
poops like 3 times aday some times runny
has a cold
sleepy had 3 sleeps today

not sure what to think what do u think ?

I've not known teething symptoms to last that long without some result.

Each of the symptoms you mention can be indicative of separate medical issues.

I'd make my way to a trusted gp or paed (if your son has one) as soon as you get the chance.
