you might need to go up a size - or they are too big around the legs?

i find that the coles brand is pretty good. i buy the large size so they fit ds1 - and i have used the large size (despite him only being 7kgs) on ds2 for overnights when my night nappies aren't dry enough.

We used cloth nappies at home but otherwise huggies were great when our daughter was really little but then Babylove came up trumps

We have just completed toilet training though so we get a nine month break from nappies. :cheerleader1:

I have always used huggies and I found they leaked when the kiddies were young bubbas, but once they got into the crawler sizes, I didn't have any other problems.. I tried other brands like snugglers and baby love but found they were worse.

I love huggies and pamper. They are the only brands that work for my ds.

I hate huggies!!

We use baby surpreme from toys r us. $35 a box or 2 for $60 when on special. They're really thin but hold so much. J got 6 hours out of one yesterday before he leaked cause I forgot to chance him.

I think Huggies changed their shape a little while ago. I use BabyLove (although not Newborn on my youngest - they were a really weird shape!) But my sister uses Huggies on her boys & she reckoned they changed the shape of them & they were leaking constantly! I've also tried Snugglers & they were good too.

If your having issues with huggies give them a call, they replaced a box of mine a few months ago because they were all leaking.

I use huggies, a size up for overnight.

I stopped using Huggies cos they aren't as stretchy as others, are more bulky and they would leak.

I now use Woolworths Select nappies and they are GREAT! Never had a leak, despite being thin, and are very flexible, so more comfy for DS.

I also love Pampers, which are very similar to the Woolworths Select, but no shops near me stock them so we don't get them often.

I have tried EVERYTHING at one stage or another. Different nappies fit better at different stages. Huggies fit best now but I find with all the other brands Ds get nappy rash but NEVER gets it with huggies.

I never liked Huggies because when I took them off my babies, they always looked and felt damp. We used Aldi Mammia nappies and at the time Aldi was ages away we used to stock up every few months. The Aldi felt much drier, even after overnight use.

They were half the price of Huggies too.

We use aldi nappies or Coles snugglepot nappies .. Both I find to be fantastic.. Last alot longer then huggies, never had any leaks apart from the odd overflow at night.

We are a huggies house - had maybe 5 leaky newborn nappies but none for a while (and R will be in them for up to 6-7 hours sometimes)

We tried some babylove and while I like them they are given her nappy rash so we are having to rotate huggies in every second change to use them up! Thank god for sudocrem!

Huggies changed the design of the leg shape last year, they now have curved leg elastic which is useless on skinny kids

We use huggies with our eldest and never had a problem. We expected it would be the same with this bub but we were SO WRONG!!! The huggies leaked everytime he pooed which was several times a day at the start. As he got older and pooed less often but larger amounts the problem got worse as you can probably imagine.
So we went on a mission to find a poo-leak-free nappy. We tried so many, snugglers, Eco natures baby, standard woolies brand, aldi, and finally babylove which held the poo! What a relief! So our eldest still wears huggies but son no. 2 is in babylove. They have very different bodies (genetically half brothers) and I think different nappies suit different bodies. Good luck finding one that works for you

Give them a call  I called and complained about 4 yrs ago when they changed the design, they also changed the thickness of them and they were really bad. They gave me a free box and they were great, so it could be a bad batch.

They moved the thread from where i posted it it took awhile for me to find it again LOL

Yes i have two very skinny 11wkers one of which is only 3kgs so she has pencils as legs

Sound like coles are the go lucky i shop there and anywhere i can save money is a bonus for me

before switching to mcn's, I always use snugglers! Hate huggies, they are horrid. Pampers (from coles) arent too bad either :)

Woolworths select are excellent.

I use them and huggies.

Only had leaks in the infant bulk size box of huggies I purchased.

That was 2 weeks ago that I finished the box, would it be to late ring and complain to them? Especially since I went out my way to buy a box in that size.
