How much cows milk?

I have a 12mo. How much cows milk should I give him daily?

Dear Len,

From around one year of age, toddlers should have 3 serves of milk or milk products a day. One serve is the equivalent of about half a cup. These milk products should be full fat and not a low-fat variety. Milk can be very filling for a little one, so it is best to offer milk after meals, to make sure they eat enough.

If you haven’t already, offer your one year old milk and other drinks from an open cup (not just a spout cup or straw) – you may want to practice with water first!
