From when you got engaged did you have your engagement party?

I think 4-6 weeks after we got engaged? I cant remember sorry, MIL threw the party and we just turned up :laughing:

2 or 3 weeks I think. We did everything quickly though as FIL was terminally ill. We were married 4 months after being engaged. :)

About 2 hours:D DH had everything planned including a surprise engagement party!

We got engaged early March, had the party in early May

We got engaged the end of August and had our party beginning of October. :)

We gave 3 weeks notice on invites.

Got engaged in August
Party end of October, had to cancel the first one cause i had an unexpected hospital stay.

We got engaged New Years... DF wants the party ASAP, but i want to wait as Im currently 28+4 pregnant.

Im not a drinker, and plan to BF. But I Said to DP IF we wait till after bubs is born at the end of march, till like Easter? We can save all our families an extra trip or 2 by having a tripple Party.

Engagement, Easter and introduce bubby :) I can express and have 1 drink for the night to celebrate - which will be more than enough for me!
