Hi ladies!
I am 30 weeks pregnant with my first baby and booked into Mercy Family Birth Centre, Heidelberg in Melbourne. I just want to hear from anyone who has given birth there and are willing to share their experiences.
If not Mercy specifically, I would also be interested in hearing stories from other midwife run birth centres. I am very determined to have an intervention and drug free labour and birth but also have a very low pain threshold... I am hoping your stories will inspire me to stick to my guns and do what (I believe) is right for my daughter and I.
