Best vitamin whilst BF?????

What is the best vitamin to take while breastfeeding I am tired because I am feeding 3-4 hrly and have 2 yr old who is always on the go. As I am feeding my last during the night he is waking up and starting his day.

Any recommendations are appreciated.

parenting can be so exhausting.
i take flora vital , it's an iron supplement with b and c vitamins and other stuff, it's quite pricey but i needed something and i bind up with some other forms of iron- no probs with this so far.
i also notice that i tire quicker when i have been reaching for a quick sugar fix to keep me going , i'm partial to soft drinks instead of water, which is not good for me:no: .
