My DS is 11 weeks old and is starting to teeth. I purchased Bonjela tonight and it says not to use on babies under 4 months old. What else could I use instead?

My DS is 11weeks old too and has been experiencing all symptoms except the fever/low grade fever. I have the curash version of it and its the same, not to be used before 4 months.
