Cobey's loving his new clothiebutt with the greens that we just received.. but never owning brand new greens before, I don't know if this is a common issue or if we're doing something wrong..
there's fluff, from the nappies, all over Mr C's bum, bits and belly. We've washed them, and dried them on the line.. is this normal? will it stop after a few washes?

hmm .. odd... suedecloth (the inner of greens) shouldn't be fluffy at all ..

are you washing your greens with any terry flats??? because fluff continually comes off terries .. and sticks to EVERYTHING in the wash!!!

next time you wash .. have a look at the greens BEFORE the machine.. and afterwards (when hanging them out) - and see if the fluff is from elsewhere.

Oooer so that's from washing my greens with my terries! Ee! lol aah well, Cobey will have to learn to be one with the cloth.

I'm loving these greens, btw, they managed to contain a poop-blow out.. (cobey waited 2 days until pooping, just to have a brand new pretty nappy to poop into. thanks cobes..)

I had the same problem but found it was the hemp that was fluffing as well. It went after a few washes.....I was a lil worried I had bought duds! But all ok:thumbsup:

He he he

yep it can be from the hemp aswell. I find that happens until my hemparoos have had about 20 washes. Though I did notice the other day when I had to put them in the dryer.. there was no fluff!!

I just received my new greenies and washed everything together (no flats) so yes it must have been the hemparoos (agree with PoshBecks), as mine have fluff on them as well. So when you take them off the babe, he has a little nappy of fluff on his toosh! So cute!
