Hi.. i was wondering if anyone was a member if Zest? I go to the one in joondalup..
but i was wondering if anyone would like to go at like 7 or 7:30 or something when kids r in bed? (and partners or parents can look after kids)
it would be nice to have someone to work out with:D

Are you a member of Zest?? I have a membership at the Arena and go a few times during the day (gym) but would love to go to one evening class a week. Let me know your sitch with the membership if you are interested.:D

Hi,
I am amember of zest in joondalup and quite often go there around that time to do my cardio I do my weights at home as i tend to run out of time at night as my partner only works out for about 45 mins at a time so I do my weights in the morning before I go to work. I probably see you there if you go at that time of the niht

I am a member at Zest Mount Lawley so Joondalup is a bit far for me i'm afraid.
But i go to Mount Lawley 4 mornings a week and put Olivia in the creche there, it costs $2 a time for up to 2 hours and the ladies are all really nice. Olivia has been going in the creche since she was 8 weeks and she loves it!

yer..caylee loves the creche in joondalup.. i went today for awhile.. im soo tired now though..*yawn* i might go tomorrow morning before tafe..
how long do u guys reckon itll take to loose 10kilos? if im going to the gym 3 - 5times a week( i go monday,wed,thurs for 2 hrs and i might go fri monring and saturdays at 9:30)

Well i've lost 5.6 kilos in about 12 weeks. Have been doing weight watchers and going to the gym anything up to 5 times a week.
Just depends on your metabolism and how dedicated you are. I have to admit i've had a few slack weeks due to having family over from UK and when Olivia and I had colds i never went for 2 weeks!! So have put a little on some weeks but lost 0.6 kilos this week so if i can do that for another 10 weeks i'll almost be at goal weight for summer!! yay
Think if you are dedicated you should be able to lose it before xmas. What are you aiming for?? Maybe set yourself a goal of 5 kilos by November first and see how you go. 10 Kilos is a big goal.

yer 5 kilos before november is good.. id like 5 kilos by oct though..lol doubt that though.. its mostly my tummy and love handles.. im a size 10(60 kilos).. but my tummy is so big a flabby.. i need to get rid of

Hi,
I know how you feel I put on 33kg with Tyla i lost the first 23kg pretty easy but have to work hard to get the last 10kg off, i go to the gym 5 night a week and do 45mins cardio and do wieghts 3 times a week for about 45mins and do interval traiing about 3 times a week and go for walks etc on the weekend, i have lost 3 kilos in 3 weeks but have a cold at the moment so have not been working out but still eating really healthy so have still lost 1/2 a kilo this week. Every person is different I ahve to work really hard and eat really healthy to lose weight and i need to change things regularly as i tend to plateua easily but it depends on your metabolism, I find high protein low carb works well for me i dont eat starchy carbs after 4pm i do eat wholegrain bread and pasta etc but not in the evenings. Good luck, set realistic goals i find a food diary works really well, aim to lose a kilo a fortnight and reward yourself when you reach them. I have lost it all except for the jelly belly so I know how you feel, I was so fit before Tyla and it is so hard to look in the mirror and see this big saggy belly covered in stretch marks staring back at you.

wats cardio? i always hear ppl talk about it being really good for loosing weight? but i dont actually know wat it is?
iv heard boxing is good..but cant see myself doing that..plus i punch like a girl..lol (even though i am a girl..lmfao)

From what i know... (and correct me if im wrong anyone lol! :D) but cardio is things like the treadmill, bike and cross trainer :D

cardio is any form of continuous exercise that gets your heart rate up so it can be a treadmill, a spin class or a walk around the park etc
