Turkey mince

Does anyone have any recepes for using turkey mince. I bought some on special and thought i'd try it, but I don't know what to do with it!:confused:

I've used it in bolognaise or as a mince replacement in hamburgers and meatloaf.

You could also use it in a stirfry...anything really! I love it!
