Have you looked at getting your formula in bulk from Karicare? They do a special multiples deal where you can order 12-18 tins at a time for pretty much half price and they ship it straight to your door free of charge. The Karicare from Birth works out to be about $10 a tin straight from Karicare and the Gold and HA type formulas are around $13.
All you need to do is give them a copy of your twins birth certificates and it used to be also that you had to provide a letter from your GP saying they were FF and you set up the account and order of the phone. So cheap and easy!

Check www.thebulkwarehouse.com.au. They sell Karicare and S26. I used to get my AR formula from them and it worked out $8 cheaper a tin even with postage.
