What did Santa leave every one?

Merry Christmas every one!

So, what did every one get, and how did your day turn out?

We got woken up at 5am by the toddler, who woke the baby. The baby then proceeded to vomit all over me.
We got all the lunch prep sorted, and PIL arrived at 10am.
Over all it was a great day :) the baby hardly slept, but she was pleasant considering.

OH and I got a ice cream maker from PIL and $200 gift card each. We also got some small accessories for the ice cream maker, and I get a bird wire statue thing that you hang jewellery on from OHs nan.

I'll come back to tell about the kids' gifts, battery dead.

I was incredibly spoilt by DP who is usually pretty thoughtless when it comes to giving gifts that MEAN something but this year he went out knowing what to get me an they were all thoughtful!!!
I got from him a jaffle iron, a beautiful
watch and a huge iPod dock for my kitchen :) I've wanted all those things all year!!!! I was so so greatful and so stoked!!! Not only that but he gave me an alcohol free day and we've had such a fantastic day!!!

MIL gave me and DP a set of matching bath towels and I got a hair straightener which was so so unexpected!!! I feel very very blessed!

We've had a wonderful family day with PIL and BIL and played monopoly and memory and wii all day and we've been going for like. 13 hours now!!! Nearly ready for bed but I have to pack fr all three of us for our holiday tomorrow!

I got a gorgeous mimco wallet, DP got battlefield- bad company, a new gamers computer mouse and Hugo boss perfume, DS got way too much as per usual and we got my mummy a Wayne Cooper hand bag and jag wallet :)

I got as beautiful Sacha Drake dress from my mum and she also gave me some money. From my dad I got some stuff for new flat. DS got everything else!!

I got my U2 ticket (for the concert last week)

a bottle of obsession perfume from my Mum
a gorgeous bag and pair of shoes from my Sis#2
a huge pack of nice moisturiser and body wash stuff from sis#1
an absolutely Gorgeous scarf and bath stuff from a lovely mod :xmas:

and a fun, happy day with family who love me and care about me. How wonderful :cheerleader1:

From Santa the kids got..
DS and DD1 got stockings full of smiggle stuff and beautiful penny scallan lunchboxes. Giant Beach towels and books, They also found a note that led them on a treasure hunt...after finding 6 clues they ended up in the Garage where they found 2 new bikes.

DD2 got a Water Table, not my baby book and singing toy.

From us they got..

DS - a remote control jeep, diary of a wimpy kid series, mario wii game, tennis wii game and swimmers

dd1 - a hair doll ..that you can curl, dry , plait etc.., swimmers, lockable diary, babysitters club books, craft kit, sketch pad.

dd2 - a toddler couch, baby, stroller and a puzzle.


SANTA got DH a silver business card holder engraved "faired Income" 2 pairs of havianas,2 books, a cricket shirt, and a BBq course.

My DH bought me a beautiful Mimco handbag I was very surprised but I would be happier if he was home with me and my daughter....

I was very spoilt! My DF got me a voucher for Ella Bache, 3 Pandora charms, the pink greatest hits CD, the Glee soundtrack and a big box of Darrel Lea chocolates!

My Mum and Dad got me some underwear, 2 sets of summer PJs, Estee Lauder Beyond Paradise perfume, some hair accessories, pearl earrings, a maxi dress with matching hair band and earrings, an earring holder and a iTunes gift card!

My inlaws got us a beautiful wall clock!

So very spoilt!

Santa brought me and DP a cookbook

DP got me some shoes ('cept didn't realise my feet have grown since pregnancy so we will have to swap them) and a diary for next year, and a new chain for my tiffany necklace that he bought me years ago.

I got him an umbrella and a book

We weren't going to go overboard for DS, we got him a push along trike (second hand), and a small activity table from Santa... and then i got him a super cute t-shirt and the wonky donky book with CD and soft toy, and DP bought him a board book. Actually, that's not overboard, is it? It seemed like so much more when he was unwrapping them!

From the rest of the family, books books and book vouchers, and cash (which will probably go on more books!)

I love the one where Dawn learns a valuable lesson that recycling is for weirdos, and the one where Jessie teaches a single working mother a lesson that she is neglecting her kids by working and having a life outside of her children :laughing:

oh, i LOVED them when i was a kid. I had the board game! and the calendar! but i re-read some a couple of years ago and wow they are... um... I don't want to say bad. Formulaic and slightly conservative, i will go with those. I so have to go and check out the new ones! But will Claudia still be wearing leopard print leggings with cut offs over the top, a pink oversized cashmere sweater and a fedora? Because it won't be the same if she's not.

we have had a pretty good yet tiring day.

i got a new pair of shorts which have to exchange as they are the wrong size(obviously clothes have shrunk in size lol) and a nice top. this afternoon i was also given a coles/myer gift voucher which i think has $30 on it so i am happy with that as i am in need of new underwear so target here i come.

coop got loads of stuff. the biggest disappointment would of been buzz being broken but he was given loads that he has played with all day plus has loads to open when we get home as well which he will love.

My gorgeous DF surprised me this morning with my very own Thermomix :eek: was very VERY unexpected but :smiledance: woohoo couldn't be happier. He also got me a ton of Jericho face and body products :celebrate: so so spoilt



DS got a jumping castle, a trampoline, a little tykes crazy coupe lots of clothing and toys from the family

I was very blessed this year.
I got from Dh and the kids
a black size 18 dress (the best present it fits and is a little big around the waist)
a blue top and pants also size 18 ( yeah to some clothes that fit. my size 26 pants fall down as I walk.)
a diary
my 11 yr ds brought me a $10gift card with his grades money (aww)
and my teenager dd brought me a bottle of beautiful perfume.

DH got new clothes, bunning gift cards, a flask and a suitcase.

the kids got a wii, wii fit and games and accessories
ds2 got a car that he announced was a Holden much to mummy and the kids happiness and dad and the other tears.
and a ride on digger

Everyone was very pleased with their gifts and we had very relaxed and very wet day.

I got a bottle of perfume off my sister, and that is all...

DD had a great day though, which is all I could ask for, it is the first Christmas that she kind of "gets" what is going on. Tonight when we put her to bed and said "love you" She replied "love you, merry christmas" :D
