Of say more than 35 days, is there a reason to why they are so long and how do you treat it?
Hi O&B
Mine are long, but I'm not sure why or how you treat it. I think there are many many things that can effect it. The Dr told me once anything up to 35days is normal. I do know I am ovulating - just very late, so its not that for me.
This cycle for me is my longest since I've been taking notice. I'm thinking I'll head to the Dr's next week to see what she thinks. I've also seen a chinese herbalist to see what they can do. And it looks like I ovulated with 7 days of seeing them and starting the chinese herbs, though it could just be that I was due . . . .

Mine are long aswell up untill june (27th) i was 32days then i didnt get a period till the 1st of sep! BUT i do have PCOS so that why mine are longish im kopen this month i go back to 32days and im not sure when i O. hope this kinda helps :)
I would be checking to make sure that you are ovulating, this can make cycles long and can make them irregular also. You can still 'bleed' in an anovulatory cycle, it just technically isnt Menstration.
i got my AF yesterday but it would have been CD62! i have PCOS and havent been ovulating.... starting clomid on thursday :D

olivia&bellasmummy.
Your cycle might be this length cause of your recent m/c it takes a while for things to get back to normal for some people. If you've alwats had regular cycles I wouldn't worry about it too much for the two or three cycles after the m/c

Thanks Toad, yes I thought that too but when I asked some people how long after a m/c their period came back they all said right away pretty much. I think I might pay the dr a visit tomorrow.

Do you mean since having your last baby or did you have a m/c too?

O&B's mummy,
Don't worry too much my Gyno advised me that after a M/C AF may not come back for up to 8 weeks.
After my M/C - I had a 44 day cycle, Oing on day 30.
I am now up to day 33 on my 2nd cycle after M/C - I O'd on day 20.
Previous to my M/C I used to O on day 14-16 and had a 28-31 day cycle.
It does mess up your body a little and I don't think the strss helps too much.
You were temping right - I think the more important thing to look at is how many DPO you are, Are you actually late by your normal LP?
If so have you tested?

I stopped temping half way through this cycle as I got a job, so we have decided to hold of ttc now.... ;)

If you really think you did O then maybe you should test. cause thats a hell of a luteal phase.
My sister got Pg on her first cycle after a M/C - It does happen.
A test will either give you somethong to be excited about - a baby, or relieved cause of your new Job.
God Girl Put me out of my misery and test- now I want to know.
If you don't think you actually did O then - then dont worry AF will arrive soon.

But what would be with this spotting??? I can post a link to my chart if you would like to look lol. The spotting it putting me off testing I think..

Sorry to hear it was bfn. After a miscarriage it can take a while for your period to be on track. It is not uncommon to not have one for a while. You probably haven't began ovulating again yet. Once you ovulate a period will follow within 12 to 16 days. The Lutuel Phase should stay pretty consistant (days past ovulation to next af) Thats maybe why ff changed your O date. My friend miscarried also and she said it took 6 weeks for hers to return. Good luck!!

O&B'smum....
The girls are right, try not to worry too much.
I'm about to start Clomid soon, and i did a BT the other day as I had AF...the nurse at the fertility centre said "Are you sure its your period?" I was like "ummm YAHHHH" she said she was asking because my Oestrogen levels were a little too elevated for me to be having AF. She said not to worry, as it can take up to 6 MONTHS  for your body to return to normal after a m/c!
Good luck babe!
