hi guys

does anyone know anywhere in adelaide that do spinning classes? i used to do them in the uk - i'm not sure if you call them the same thing.. basically its like an aerobics class but on bikes with different resistance on the flywheel like you are going uphill, sprinting, downhill etc etc.

does anyone know?! i loved it and it was soo good for fitness. i've tried google but no luck! i've seen a sign up in the western suburbs near where i live that says there is a new gym being built and they will do them, but the old building hasn't even been demolished yet so it will be a while, and i may be so unfit by then that i won't be able to do them!!

:fingerscrossed:

oh ok so RPM is waay more intense than spinning... hmm think i will need a spinning class to start off with then, since i haven't done it in over a year!

another prob i have is that we are short of spare cash - is there anywhere i can do it that i don't have to join the gym first? like i can just go and pay for the session whenever i have spare time to go?

i had a look at the north adelaide fitness centre - they do RPM. but think im scared by that now!

check out www.goodgymguide.com.au (http://www.goodgymguide.com.au) you can get a free pass to try out some gyms.

As with spinning being harder, it is heaps intense but you can go at your own pace, just don't turn your dial up and take it easy until you want to push yourself.
