This is a 2 CD set which I found on the Birthrites website...I've emailed them as to the cost/postage so I'll post that info when I get it...looks good though!

VBAC Preparation 1&2 (Vaginal Birth After Caesarean)
The VBAC Preparation is a 2 CD set.
The first CD is a clearing, releasing and relaxing CD. Using the CD from 20 weeks onwards will help you overcome negative emotions and issues relating to your past cesearean experience. The CD helps you to recognize fears and concerns which are directly connected to your previous experience and then takes you, step by step through a powerful "letting go" exercises. This enables you to "clear the path" and look ahead to the next birth, recognizing that every birth is so unique and every labour is different. The CD then moves you to a new place where you can increase your confidence and inherent trust and belief in your bodies ability to give birth vaginally.
The second CD takes you on a guided visualisation through giving birth vaginally. It focuses on increasing your confidence, courage, being in control, ability to communicate effectively and to make decisions in a clear, calm way. The CD also provides the same relaxation and pain management techniques used in the birth preparation CD, helping you to manage the sensations of birth.
The VBAC preparation is sold as a set and it is strongly recommended that all mothers planning a VBAC use the first CD before moving on to the second, even if their previous cesearean was elective.

I received a reply today re/the cost of the cd's.
The 2 CD set is $70 plus $7.50 postage & handling (express post)
I think that's a little steep...but if it's worth it...

I actually borrowed the cds from the Birthrites library....find out if there is a similar group with a library nearby, they might have it.....Also, to save a some pennys, they usually have a few things in your public library - and sometimes you can get them to order things for you? I wouldnt have used the cds if I had to buy them - I ummed and arr'd about it, but then was offered them on loan....so was very happy :smiliedance:

Another place that I know I can get all the books on birth under the sun to loan, is the Community Midwifery centre here in Perth - is there something similar near where you live?

Also, if you are looking into getting a doula, they sometimes have a little stash of books and cds and things.....

might be worth investigating :detective:
