Storing photos online

Not sure if this is the right place for this post so feel free to move it.

Just wondering if anyone stores photos online?

I have some photos stored in Photobucket and Snapfish and obviously albums on facebook.

Is there a place on the net that you can sign up for and upload your photos to so they are safe? Same way you upload them to an external hard drive but online?

I have uploaded 357 photos to Snap fish for now.

I also have them all backed up to my iPhone. I have about 8GB of photos on my laptop which are also on my iPhone & external hard drive. I really dont want to lose them.

DH has been talking about something called Mozy, no idea what it is but he saves his computer files and our pics to it I think. I use Smugmug for online galleries and my pics are saved there. Neither website is free however.
