At the moment i am thinking about cutting DS's morning feed out. He's been having just the 2 BFs for a couple of months now. Not sure if i really want to cut the morning feed but im am feeling really tired and getting bug after bug which then results in mastitis from being rundown and alot of people tell me that their energy levels rise when they stop.
DS has excema and a high chance of developing asthma so i really want to keep up BF for a few months atleast but i was just wondering if one BF p/day is still beneficial??

Any amount of breastmilk is better than none. You could try drinking some of it yourself, it can work wonders on a run-down immune system!!!:D

i believe one feed a day is beneficial.
i have heard that the antibodies actually concentrate in bm as the amount of feeds lessen.
also breastfeeding provides comfort and cuddles and they are beneficial too.
plus the gradual reducing of feeds one by one allows your body to slowly adjust and that will help to prevent any engorgemnet or uncomfiness.
