Does anyone know what the symptoms of both of these are and how I can tell the difference between the two? I had minor um spotting (TMI) when doing a movement the other day and now I feel a little swolen down there but no pain or bleeding since. I go to the toilet often but it can be a little hard (the texture not the pushing) so I'm not sure if it's one or the other. Please help. I'm so embarrassed. I'm too scared to look down there and too embarrassed to get hubby to do it either. :o
